The great room has a cathedral ceiling and consists of a living area, kitchen with stainless appliances and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen island. Two sets of sliding doors take you outside to the upper deck. There is a detached garage which is great for storing bikes and beach chairs. This home is beautifully decorated, furnished and appointed. Owners leave both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip pot. Deck furniture is as follows: 1st floor front deck: porch swing and 4 chairs, 2nd floor front deck: Grill, table and 6 to 8 chairs, 1st floor rear deck: 5 chairs and small table, 2nd floor rear deck: 2 chaise lounges.
