Fantastic seashore home, that is open, airy and has the feel of a perfect vacation home. An enclosed sun porch welcomes you at the front entrance. Stepping into this home you are welcomed by a spacious living room. A beautifully designed kitchen, and you step up into your private dining room. Off of this dining room is a sliding glass door that welcomes you to a spacious rear deck to enjoy your morning coffee or the sounds of the ocean. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms offer one full bed; two twin beds, and one day bed (with a pop up trundle). A fabulous location, only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, and within walking distance to the recreation center, tennis court and ball field. In the evening a short stroll to the Icona Golden Inn, Windrift Hotel or the Concord Suites for dining, dancing and drinks.
