In addition to the proximity to the beach, it boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, oversized saltwater pool with swim up bar, spa, and ocean views. You enter the home into a large den with a flat screen tv and sliders leading to the pool and spa. Also on the first floor is a laundry room with an outside entrance for returning from the beach and the outdoor shower, a full hall bathroom, two bedrooms with queen size beds, one en suite bathroom with walk in shower, and a third bedroom with 2 double beds and twin over double bunk bed.The second floor has a en suite bedroom with a king size bed and a fifth bedroom with a king size bed, hallway full bathroom with walk in shower. The expansive great room has enough space for a large family to relax, play games and dine with seating for 12. Wrap around decks, also with seating for an extended family, make it easy to enjoy your early morning coffee, lunch on the deck or sunset cocktails and dining al fresco. All bedrooms offer a flat screen TV, as do the living room and downstairs den. For those times before and after the beach, you can enjoy one of the largest saltwater pools in Stone Harbor and the only pool with a swimup bar. The pool ranges in depth from one foot to four and a half feet and is perfect for parents with your children. Gas and charcoal grills are included. Six person Golf Cart included.
