The 2nd floor consists of a living room with cathedral ceiling, gourmet kitchen, dining area, powder room, a master bedroom with full bathroom and the fifth bedroom (which will have a daybed and trundle). INGROUND HEATED POOL, CABANA AND ENCLOSED OUTSIDE SHOWER! Lots of outdoor deck space (4 decks) for all to enjoy!! Owner will leave 8 beach chairs, 8 beach tags & a beach umbrella. Note that the new speaker system by the pool is compatible with bluetooth. So, you can play music that is on your phone for everyone to hear! This is a fabulous house and you will love it! There is both a drip coffee maker (owner leaves filters) and a Keurig in the kitchen.
